Advanced training event:
Narrative responses to trauma
To be held in conjunction between Dulwich Centre & Ibuka: National genocide survivors association of Rwanda
7–13 November 2010
5 days training & 2 days field visits
This inaugural special training event has been designed for therapists, counsellors, and community workers, who are already experienced narrative practitioners and who wish to extend their knowledge and skills in relation to responding to those who have experienced trauma.
This event will consist of training from an International Dulwich Centre Faculty as well as the opportunity to learn about the work of Ibuka’s trauma counsellors.
We are now accepting expressions of interest in this special event. Because of the nature of this event, and because places will be limited, it will be necessary to apply for places.
The cost of the week will be AUD$900.
This does not include travel, accommodation, or meal costs.
Thanks!
