Particular interests and hopes for connection:

I have long felt called to the work of witnessing, supporting, encouraging, facilitating, and holding space for people in the deep  personal work of healing and reconnecting with their inner strength and wisdom.

We all carry multiple stories about our Selves, our lives, and our experiences. There are many nuances in these stories that are sometimes hidden and disconnected from our awareness.

It is in the rediscovery and retelling of our stories that we can find parts of Ourselves that are strong and brilliant even in the midst of hardship and darkness.

In my own stories, I am Agnieszka (pronounced "ahg-knee-eh-sh-ka”), a white Eastern European immigrant, living as a settler on Treaty 7 Land currently called Canada. I identify as a cis gender female in a state-sanctioned monogamous relationship. My pronouns are she/her and they/them. I am a biological mother of three children. I am also a writer, a musician, a deeply devoted lover of Nature and Her ways.

I am committed to growing as a Narrative Therapist, to connection and collaboration, to building, joining, and participating in supportive and loving community.

You can find me here at agnieszkawolskarsw.com.
