Training as co-research — Michael White


This chapter proposes a form of narrative training as co-research. It provides a four part process in which a training team, working with a faculty member, can be involved in rich explorations of practice together. the use of definitional ceremonies and co-research practices are central to this approach. A detailed example of this approach is provided.
