Particular interests and hopes for connection: My service is for people with disabilities, their families and supporters. After 20 years working for people and being disappointed that people with alternative communication and intellectual disabilities couldn't find counselling that met their needs, I decided to focus on this area. Narrative Therapy along with other techniques, individualised for people can really make a difference to peoples lives! I strongly believe in people's ability to understand themselves, make positive change, learn skills, create wellness and live a good life regardless of disability, with the right supports! I am looking for connection and sharing ideas with others with similar values.
