简体版 回应疫情的集体叙事计划2020年2月，在新冠疫情爆发之初，一群来自华人社群的叙事实践者共同进行了应对全球新冠疫情的集体叙事实践。让我们访谈其中几位参与者，一起来听听其中故事。秦安琪（Angela）: 鸿儒, 你可否和大家分享中国内地的集体叙事计划是怎么开始的？梁鸿儒（Hong-Ru）：刚开始做这个项目的时候我对集体叙事的工作还不了解，但当David Denborough邀请我们去参加的时候，我就觉得这是一件很有意义的事情。在现在的生活中，我们可能已经习惯了解决问题会有一些现成的答案，有专家和权威机构给我们带来一些正确的信息，但这些答案和信息可以涵盖的范围是有限的，而每个人在生活里面可能需要面对的挑战其实是不一样的。例如这次疫情期间，权威的知识可以告诉大家应该怎样防疫，但是却没有办法一一察知具体的个人困境，例如，有人在封锁期间要长期独处，会遇到什么困难，要怎么办？也相反地有人需要很多人挤在一个狭小的空间里面过会有什么挑战，要怎么解决？还有就是在不同的文化背景和理解的差异的情况下，怎么跟身边的小朋友和长者解释这个疫情可能带来的影响以免产生不必要的恐慌？安老院不开门，老人在家护理怎么做？宠物交托在宠物托儿所，因隔离回不来取走了怎么办？那这些事可能就不是官方可以关注到的层面，因为他们也在做一些其他事情，那这些事情，这些我们并不熟悉的挑战，就会需要人们自发去组织和尝试，找到一个可行的办法；我觉得我们作为第一批遭受疫情冲击的国家，人们应该有很多经验可以分享出来的，就像David在邀请函里面提到的，当时逐渐有些国家和地区也开始受影响，我们当时的情况很可能就会发生在其他地方，这是我们人类面临的共同的挑战，我们其实可以一起面对，再一些很具体的困难上我们可以贡献各自的智慧。那我们（我，Sophie，Jun，Angela）就起草了一份邀请函，将这个想法传递出去，去收集大家在疫情期间的迎接挑战的在地知识和经验。侯君（Jun）：我们共同讨论和学习了集体叙事的概念，一起设计了一些问题在网上发布，邀请人们填写问卷或网络访谈分享他们的故事，也采访了一些身边的人。第一个问题是探索疫情的影响。我们会问，疫情为你和身边的人带来了哪些影响？疫情让你的生活发生了什麽变化？接着，我们想了解人们为回应困难作出的努力，也让他们通过分享有机会为别人作出贡献。例如，我们会问：面对困难，你采取了什么行动，运用了哪些知识和技能？你做些什麽度过这段居家隔离的日子？有什么重要的价值观和信念支撑着你？疫情中，你有哪些宝贵的经验和智慧，想要分享给他人？这些问题希望传达叙事实践中的一个理念，“没有人是痛苦的被动接收者”，人们总是以或大或小的行动回应和影响着困境。另外，我们还会问人们：疫情期间，发生了哪些令你感动的事？有哪些重要的故事影响了我们，值得被铭记与流传？这些问题让人们看到他人和社会如何对困境作出反应，将个人故事和更大的文化故事联系起来。我们也会问，你想对自己和正在经历疫情困境的人们说些什么？希望故事的分享可以创造更多人与人的联结。鸿儒：因为我自己比较习惯在互联网的一些信息交流，我就将这个邀请发在知乎，微信公众号等一些网络平台上，版面编辑也觉得这个事情很有意义，让系统帮忙推荐了这个页面，朋友们也觉得这个想法很棒，帮忙转发的很多。收到了很多真诚的回复，我这边收集到的回答比较偏向于独居的朋友，他们分享了很多怎么在封锁期间一个人安排生活和调节心情的办法，还有就是一个人可能会因为太无聊而过度关注网络信息，对于互联网上的信息纷繁复杂，可以怎样进行筛选，维持自己的心理界限，不要被不必要的信息影响到自己的心情，专注在目前能做的有价值的事情上。还有就是分享一个人吃饭怎样配搭可以有吃营养又不容易发胖的。还有就是适合居家情况下，利用家庭环境进行运动的经验。或长或短的回复，可能不会适合所有人，但都会又可能帮助到某些在相似处境的人。Jun：我访问了一些身边的小朋友和幼儿园老师们。大家告诉我，在疫情期间无法到校上学，但是每天都会通过微信或网络视频保持联系，有的学校会通过云课堂继续每天的学习和活动。有爱的老师们创作了一些防疫歌谣和抗疫故事，我们获得幼师口袋的授权，将老师写的故事翻译成英文分享给大家。同时，小朋友们学会了洗手、防疫等新知识技能，一些小画家将自己的感受用缤纷的色彩付诸纸上。在走访身边故事的过程中，我发现一些很有意思的事。比如：有人分享戴口罩不舒服的感觉，“满脸汗水，呼吸不畅快”，也有人会分享“戴上口罩，看满大街颜值都提升了，真养眼”；有人讲疫情期间“困”在家里太久，也有人提到“从来没花这么长时间，每天和家人朝夕相处，感觉更爱家了”；有人感慨隔离期间的孤立和无聊，也有人感慨“难得有一段时间留给自己”。这非常有趣，同一件事情，人们的回应是非常不同的，我们无法再把事情单纯地分为“好”或“不好”，而“好”或“不好”是由每个人自己定义的。人们分享自己的故事，也听到别人的故事，从而对同一件事创造了更多的理解。我还发现，突如其来的疫情在给人们的生活带来新挑战的时候，也让人们的聪明智慧闪耀出来；在感受困难的同时，也让人们应对困难时的乐观和勇敢绽放出光彩，不仅温暖自己，也温暖了身边的人们。人说：时势造英雄，也许英雄造时事，也许这两者本就是一件事。鸿儒：我觉得对我有个很重要的启发，就是其实我们在做这件事的时候，就已经在进行一个集体的协作，我，Sophie，Jun擅长的事情都不一样，然后我们分享我们的视角，看到不一样的困境，提出不同的关切，分享我们知识和技能，去做这件事，出来的结果的丰富程度，是我们任何一个人都无法单独做到的，这是一个开始，这个项目这样的运作和项目的目标其实是一致的，我们邀请大家分享各自的技能和智慧，来面对一个共同的挑战。这种协作并不是需要我们去改变自己去拥有某种知识才有资格参与，而是只要分享每个人和群体当中的一些直接经验，就已经让这件事变得丰富，变得更有可能帮到其他人。Sophie: 你说的让我想到，和陌生人聊天，与大家一起收集各种故事，和朋友文佳一起在公众号上记录故事邀请人们回应，都在努力与更多的人连结，尝试与以往“独处”、“害羞”等不同的角色，我想这也是我们对疫情的一种回应，也让我学到新的知识和技能。鸿儒：我们在当时因为处在封锁之中，能使用的渠道，所能接触的到人群的是非常有限的，就仅包括哪些习惯使用网络的人群。还有很多不习惯或者无法使用网络的人们，其实无法接触到，这就极大地限制了我们能收集到的内容。但其实往往是连网络都无法使用的人们，是更需要帮助的，他们更有可能处在信息和物资都流通不便的处境中，他们的困境也可能更不为人知。这个时候我们需要一些中间人，能使用网络通讯同时又能接触到网络意外的人群的朋友来帮忙收集和传达；所以再后来我们在准备这个视频的期间，就希望这可以成为一个开放的项目，将会持续的招募在地的抗疫智慧，一方面是因为之前提到的覆盖程度的问题，另一方面，本次疫情发生至今，已经成为了我们这个时代的生活中一个不可忽视的背景，它的影响已经不仅限于直接对身体带来的影响了，它的影响已经扩展到生活的每一方面并将在很长的一段时间持续，所以我们希望能有更多的具体的，在地的描述以及相应的智慧可以得到共享。所以在最后在这里发出邀请，希望你们能一同参与到这个共享计划中。
